Tom Bio.png

Thomas is an award winning filmmaker based in the UK. From an early age he developed a passion for storytelling, and at some point during his childhood realised people actually got paid to make up stories and film them. Since that moment he knew exactly what he wanted to do in life.

Thomas has a string of successful short films under his belt, the latest ('Father Time') winning multiple awards on its lengthy festival run, including Best Director and Best Editor. In 2020, Thomas was credited as Executive Producer on the feature film 'All Joking Aside', which premiered at the Cinequest International Film festival and won the New Visions Award.

Thomas has long wanted to make documentaries that have the power to influence and make a real difference at a time when the world needs it most.

Born in Yorkshire, England, James was raised on a diet of genre cinema. He was allowed to stay up and watch movies with his parents, and by the time he'd reached double digits he'd seen a large chunk of 80s action cinema, could pick Michael and Jason out of a line-up, and was a huge fan of British and American comedy.

In 2020, his debut feature film 'All Joking Aside' made its World Premiere at the Conquest International Film Festival, where it won the New Visions Award.

A long-time vegan and passionate storyteller, James hopes to make the world a better place with his work on this documentary.
